Our Arrival & Build

Our team will arrive at your venue roughly two hours prior to when you need us. Course installation takes around 90 minutes. In terms of space requirements, see below ‘Our Requirements’

Our Staff

Our friendly staff will remain on site throughout your event to ensure guests enjoy the course in a safe and enjoyable manner. Our staff get as many great reviews as the course itself!

 

Our Requirements

15m x 10m Space

We require space to set the course up, however we are able to set the course up in rooms of all shapes, or spread over multiple rooms if required. The course can be set up indoor or outdoors.

 

The Space We Require

Naturally, mini golf isn't  fun if the ball doesn't follow it's intended path, so we thoroughly recommend setting the course up on flat ground. We're able to set the course up on grass, gravel ,carpet and other flat surfaces

 

Point of Contact

We'll make sure absolutely everything is organised to a tee with your wedding planner or dedicated person of contact, leaving you to enjoy your special day!

 

Our Departure

After the event, our team requires 90 minutes to collapse and pack away the course, leaving no trace at the venue!

Laser Engraved Golf Pencils

Laser engraved score card pencils are the perfect accompaniment to our Bespoke Score Cards. We’ll supply 50 pencils engraved with your names and the date of the event (40 characters or less including spaces).

Bespoke Score Cards

Make your wedding day or corporate event extra special with our bespoke score cards.  We’ll print 60 score cards with the wedding couple’s names and date of the marriage or the corporate logo on the score cards for your guests to keep as souvenirs.

 

FAQs

 

1. Can the course be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes! The course can be used both indoors and outdoors. If there is rain during outdoor events, the course is shower proof or our staff will bring the covers on until it stops. If its a little light rain we carry a number of golf umbrellas to keep play going!

2. How many people can use the course at one time?

Up to 30 people can be on the course at any one time. 

 

3. Do you have public liability insurance, a risk assessment and T&Cs?

Yes! These are available on request

 

4. Does Hampshire Mini Golf Hire provide staff during the event? Yes! Our staff will stay and assist throughout your event.

 

5. How long does it take to set up/pack up?

It takes around 60 minutes to set up, and around 60 minutes to pack up, depending on parking location and access to the venue. We aim to arrive 2 hours before your event.

 

6. Can children use the course?

Yes! Young children should be supervised, and children aged 8+ are capable of playing just like the adults. We even have smaller putters for them!

 

7. How do you play mini golf?

 

The aim of the game

The aim of the game is to complete all the holes, the person with the lowest score wins.

 

How to play Crazy Golf

Simply start by placing your ball on the green at the start of the hole. Take turns by putting the ball (using the golf club) towards the hole, count how many shots it takes you until you sink the ball in the hole. Record how many shots it takes to sink the ball in the hole on the scorecard. At the end of the game add up the scores.

 

Hampshire Photobooths Mini Golf Rules

 

1. There is to be no more than 4 people in a group on any one hole

2. The holes must be played in sequential order. Hole jumping is not permitted

3. When putting do not swing the putter higher than knee height

4. One metre distance must be maintained between players during putting

5. There is a 6 shot limit per hole, so once you get to 6 shots, move on to the next hole

6. If the ball goes off the course, replace the ball where it went off with a one stroke penalty.

7. If the ball ends up against an edge or obstacle it may be moved one club head length out.

8. Some of our holes contain moving parts such as (but not limited to) the church bell,   Do not touch or stand on any of these moving parts and ensure that children are kept under supervision as this may result in personal injury and or damage to the course of which the player or parent/guardian is responsible for.

9. Players are only allowed to stand on the teeing off grass and on the grass adjacent to the holes. Do not walk on any other part of the course.

 

 

How to make a booking

1. Give us a call to check our availability once you have confirmed your venue has required space and ground requirements

2. Make sure you've read our Privacy Policy as you'll have to agree to it before making a booking request.

3. Read the Crazy Golf Rules as you'll have to agree to them before making a booking request.

4. Read the Booking Terms and Conditions located below the booking information as you'll have to agree to them before making a booking request

5. Pay a 25% deposit booking fee within the 48 hours to secure the booking.   If payment is not received within the 48 hours then the date will become available for others to book. The final 75% payment is then due 2 weeks before the event.

 

 

Security & Child Supervision

Children always remain the responsibility of the adults who accompany them.

Damage, Loss & Injury

Hampshire Photobooths do not accept liability due to damage, loss or injury whilst playing the mobile adventure course, you play at your own risk, and by playing the course you agree to and accept the aforementioned rules.
